Sneh Prabha is a PhD scholar at the Centre for Interdisciplinary Research in Basic Sciences, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. Her research interests include structural biology, genomics, and system biology applications for treating neurodegenerative diseases. Her work focuses on structural bioinformatics, genomics, and system biology applications for treating neurodegenerative disease.

Her areas of interest include structure-based drug design, computational chemistry, multi-omics, characterization techniques, biochemical assay, animal modeling, and biomolecular simulations. As part of her doctoral research, she is working on a project titled "Computational approach for the identification of novel compounds from Berberis lycium against Alzheimer's disease".

She holds a master's degree in bioinformatics and a bachelor's degree in biotechnology. She has also worked on a JRF project entitled "To investigate the critical role of Osteopontin (OPN) in MAVS-mediated HCV replication, assembly and impaired host innate response during HCV infection" from Feb 1, 2020 -Sep 7, 2021, at MCARS, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. Sneh's research contributions include work in transcriptomics, molecular docking, molecular dynamics simulation, and ELISA assays. Her technical expertise comprises bioinstrumentation, tissue culture, spectroscopy measurements, probe & primer design, and sequential comparison study of viral genome, molecular modeling, and transcriptomic data analysis.
