Saira Hamid is working as a PhD Scholar at the Centre for Interdisciplinary Research in Basic Sciences (CIRBSc), Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI), New Delhi, India. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Life Sciences and a Masters Degree in Bioinformatics from Jamia Millia Islamia. With a keen interest in the areas of single-cell transcriptomics, genomics and multi-omics integration she is constantly decoding the biological symphony at the cellular level. Her work mainly involves single-cell transcriptomic analysis to understand cellular diversity and tumor heterogeneity in various cancers. She has published her research in respected journals like Biotechnology Advances, Plant Cell Reports, and Frontiers in Molecular Biosciences
