Alisha Khan

PhD Scholar

Alisha Khan is currently working as a PhD Scholar at Jamia Hamdard in the collaboration with Prof. Md. Imtaiyaz Hassan at the Centre for Interdisciplinary Research in Basic Sciences (CIRBSc), Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI), New Delhi, India. She is currently pursuing a PhD in the field to find out the involvement of BTK in HCC prognosis, its metabolic reprogramming via its potent inhibitors for the development of clinical therapeutics. Her areas of interest include list of research domains, e.g., Experimental validation of binding affinity and enzyme inhibitory potential of selected leads, computational drug discovery, structural bioinformatics. As part of her ongoing research, she is working on a project titled "structure- based discovery of potential therapeutics for hepatocellular carcinoma via modulating bruton`s tyrosine kinase", which aims to find out the BTK potent inhibitors for HCC.
